Orders & Delivery

Placing Orders

  1. All orders should preferably be placed at least 2 days in advanced so that the freshest ingredients can be sourced and prepared.
  2. Orders will only be processed and made once full payment has been made whether by bank transfer or credit card.
  3. Orders can still be cancelled as long as payment has not been made.
  4. Once orders are placed, paid and processed, cancellation and request for refund will not be allowed.


  1. All deliveries are restricted to Klang Valley only. Unfortunately in order to maintain the freshness and quality of our cakes and pastries, we are not able to deliver them outside of Klang Valley.
  2. All orders will be delivered on the requested date indicated on the ordering form.
  3. If due to unforeseen circumstances an order is not able to be fulfilled based on the requested date, the purchaser will be informed via email or a phone call to the contact details provided through the order form.
  4. Bake With Mie may not be able to specify an exact delivery timeline but will try to fulfill any request as close as possible to any requested time.
  5. Orders will either be delivered through 3rd party delivery services such as Grab Express, Lalamove, GoGet or personally delivered by Bake With Mie.
  6. Bake With Mie shall not be liable or responsible for any damages caused by 3rd party delivery partners. Having said that we will ensure that all items will be delivered with utmost quality maintained.
